Richard always met my needs. He was pleasant at each visit and treated me not only like a patient but a person. Doing both my leg washing and wrapping was hard work and even if he started to sweat, he was pleasantand with a smile. Sometimes I got anxious and Richard would help me solve the problem, making sure supplies were coming, appointments made and transportation scheduled. You can be proud of Richard. He represents your department well through his value and honor of an old veteran.
