hose were the words used to describe our latest DAISY winner. Richard, a pulmonary nurse, was nominated by a patient’s parents for his compassionate care during their daughter’s recent medical scare. After a routine colonoscopy, she suffered serious complications, but Richard’s previous ER experience saved her life.
