Richard was a most wonderful, compassionate and caring nurse while I was in the hospital. He made sure that my needs were met by frequently checking on me, seeing that I was comfortable, as pain-free as possible, and that I had meals and meds when I should. He became a good friend by visiting with me, sharing experiences, continually looking out for my needs and continued comfort. Because of Richard's age and experience, I felt that he had empathy and understanding for my situation. I was able to be more relaxed and able to deal with my medical problems without being stressed. Richard was one of the most excellent and talented nurses I have ever met.
