It is very difficult to put into words how wonderful everyone had been to us during our stay at the City of Hope. Everyone had provided us with great service, but there is one that stands out. Richard was extraordinary. He didn't just do what he was supposed to do, but he was very informative about doing certain things to prevent common side effects from happening. He is very passionate, and we watched him help other nurses even when he wasn't the nurse assigned to the patients. He is knowledgeable, extremely caring, and he has a unique way of making his patients at ease. Since Richard took care of me, my outlook has changed. I feel really good.
