My entire family came to Daytona Beach for a family reunion when our worst fear came true and my grandfather ended up in ICU. Richard was so helpful on the phone and took the time to give me a detailed account of what was going on and what to expect. He took great care and was attentive to a change in mental status and made sure all of the necessary procedures and tests were done. I knew my grandfather was in good hands with him. He went above and beyond to make sure myself and other family members were aware of everything. He made a terrible situation better just by his caring nature.
