RN DiFalco always has time for me. He is empathic, caring, and patient no matter how busy the unit is. When my family visits he spends time with me and them explaining and helping with any questions they have. This has helped them understand what I need better and as I approach discharge I am feeling less worried and anxious. He is an example of the best nurse ever.
