Wow, where to start? I am beyond pleased with the care Richard provided, not only for my mother, who was the patient but also for me. My mother was brought to the 4th floor to Richard's care. She was suffering from gallstones. Pre and post surgery, Richard was extremely attentive. I noticed he was very deliberate with his actions; he always had the patient's best interest in mind. He would periodically and continually check on her and ask for her well-being. He was compassionate and shared his experience with gallstones to help my mother feel less nervous. He was attentive beyond measure.
