Richard is a caring, compassionate, very knowledgeable nurse. He saved my son when he was brought into the ER and later moved to CCU. He went above and beyond not only helping my son but explaining things to me in a very compassionate but professional manner. After being assigned to a different patient, several days later, Richard came by to see my son, see how he was doing and to make sure he was ok. He is an extraordinary person and an exemplary nurse.
