Richard is a fantastic nurse and I knew that from the moment he walked into the room to introduce himself. Richard exudes a great sense of caring, kindness, and compassion. He is also very personable and down-to-earth. I really enjoyed him engaging me in conversations and taking the time out of his busy night to interact with me and get to know me as a person.
