Mr. Rich was an outstanding nurse. He showed much compassion and kept me up-to-date with everything that was going on with my care. Whenever I had a question, Rich answered with much confidence and knowledge. He was very patient and concerned about my problems.
Although he had other patients to care for, besides me, no matter how overwhelmed he may have been, he didn't bring it to my room or show that he was overwhelmed, if he was. I was nervous having to come to the ER without my husband being by my side, but Rich informed me that everything would be alright. He was very punctual and on top of my care. He is a true DAISY Nurse!
