Vivian responded very promptly when I called her to tell her I was having symptoms of a stroke. She believed in me and did the right thing by sounding the alarm and getting me the care that I needed right away. I appreciate the fact that Vivian was so attentive and responsible.
Richard took control of the situation by taking me to the ER. Without Richard's help and quick response, I wouldn't be here today. Thank you for being so good at your job. I really appreciate your quick action.
