Hello, during my recent stay for pancreatitis, I had the best care with Rich. He was very professional and thorough. I want to add that he'd toss in some humor, and I enjoyed, appreciated, and needed that. I used my call button on a few occasions when I needed assistance; Rich came with a smile and was ready to help me with whatever I needed. Not once did I hear or sense that this nurse had to go out of his way. Thank you.
