One night at 11:30 pm my father-in-law's fever spiked and he was delirious. Richard came in and completely took over the situation. He was very professional and treated us like family. His care was exceptional. We looked forward to the night shift and hoped Richard would be our nurse. My father-in-law is deaf, but Richard was phenomenal in explaining things to him.
