During a planned power shutdown on June 15, 2025, it was discovered that a code blue alert was not operable due to a configuration issue in the MRI housing area. This area was not affected by this shutdown. Due to his diligence, attention, and response to all areas of the facility, he identified a life safety issue and helped to ensure the continued safety of all staff and patients.
