This time last year, I was coming home from the hospital. I think about the nurse who cared for me. I'm so sorry it took so long to write on his behalf. I'm speaking of nurse Richard Signe. He was great. He gave me tips on what to eat, since I was on a no salt diet. He was the very best nurse I ever had. I thought of Richard because I'm so blessed to be alive. Richard took excellent care of me.

I'll never forget Richard. He should receive the best nurse of the year award, the DAISY Award.
