Richard always goes above and beyond to accommodate patients and staff. This morning I witnessed him taking time out of his busy morning to extend his "delight me" behavior to the family member of a mental health patient. Because of him, I believe the patient and their family can clearly see how much NHBMC really cares for all of our patients and family members. I believe Richard has established an atmosphere of trust here for our team and community.
