Rich is the definition of phenomenal. As a fellow nurse, I look up to him as a person and a colleague. He has always been a resource nurse for me. He is absolutely excellent, Today, I was overwhelmed with a patient I had to take to a procedure. Rich made sure all my patients were medicated with pain and other meds. In addition, he calmed down my combative patient who was pullingon his restraintsand IV. Not only did he place another IV, he began infusing his antibiotics. When I got back, he instructed me to switch over to the other medication. When I entered the room, Rich had already switched it over. I'm blown away by his actions. He is such a great nurse and fellow colleague.
