Richard Tan was involved in my dad's initial admission and right off the bat, I knew we were dealing with an RN who knows his stuff. Of course knowledge is a job requirement but the bonus was that he was so kind and compassionate. I know he was being pulled in many different directions but he made me feel like my dad was his only patient.
