I can tell how much we appreciate this nurse for being excellent since the beginning of our admission. 

She's been consistently being kind, demonstrating a positive character, cooperating, and being calm regardless of the situation. 

She acted like a daughter, something unique in her that is difficult to describe whether the patient was inside the room or not available because of the operation. When my mother was sent to the OR, she constantly checked on me, made sure that I was comfortable, and asked if I needed anything. 

Thank you for letting me feel like your sister. 

When my mom was out of the OR and inside the recovery room, she gave me the update that she was ok, nurses were monitoring her, and eventually, she would be shifted back to the room. 

She helps me be calm and at peace after all the anxiety that I am experiencing as a daughter.
