Just months after graduating from nursing school, Richie managed a critically ill overdose patient with impressive clinical judgment, skill, and polite confidence. He notified me immediately of the change in the patient's condition and remained at the bedside to assist me as we resuscitated and intubated the patient. He anticipated needs with intelligent forethought and made a great effort to appropriately sedate the patient after RSI in an effort to keep the patient comfortable and safe. He exhibits remarkable judgment and the ability to remain calm in intense situations. He exhibits exceptional patient care and teamwork time and time again.
