Rick not only gave wonderful medical care when I was in very poor condition, but he went above and beyond helping me move to a private room. He had the foresight to tell me the night before that I might be moving early in the morning. He also gave me the new room number so I could notify friends and family. At 4:30 am, he woke me up - no easy task since he had also found the earplugs I had requested. He said he felt bad for waking me because I was sleeping so well. He then served as a wonderful moving man, carefully transporting me, my luggage, flowers, etc... to a beautiful private room.
