Rick made a tremendous difference during one of the most miserable and difficult times of my life, during my hospitalization. He showed patience, compassion, and kindness every time he cared for me.

One thing that stood out most was his ability to distract me from my pain. He has a gift for connecting with his patients. He treated me as a person, not just a patient. He never made me feel like a burden even when I needed extra help and support. Rick's calm demeanor, humor, empathy, and dedication to providing excellent care helped me get through some storms.

Nurses like him remind patients that healing is about more than medicine - it is about human connection, compassion, and making someone feel safe when they are vulnerable.
