Approximately three weeks ago, I was taken to the hospital by ambulance (I'm fine). As I lay there I hear a discussion in the hallway, concerning whose patient I was, then I heard a new voice that spoke saying, I will take care of him. And take care of me and my family, she did! She introduced herself as Ricki. I don't know if Ricki is the exception to the rule or an angel God sent in to take care of me. She talked to us and not at us, after calling up front three times to have them send my family back, she stated I will go get them and she did. She made sure we knew what was happening step by step. When she found out they were admitting me and no bed was available she found me a more comfortable bed, and my wife a more comfortable chair, just in case we were stuck in the ER for a long period of time. There was a call that required her to leave us briefly and she went and cared to business and returned with an apology! I could go on and on about our exceptional experience with Ricki. I hope this gives you an idea of how impressed we were with her service. Ricki was our ER night nurse. Thank you for your kindness and care. She is deserving of so much more.
