ricki hoeft 2, RN

Ricki was outstanding and very compassionate. She was with my mother when the doctors broke the news that my mom had tested positive for lung cancer. There was no family there at the time and Ricki stepped up to sit with her, hold her hand and cry with her. She is very knowledgeable about her job one of the best nurses that my mother and I have had the pleasure to meet.
