Ricky made me feel totally at ease. This is the first time I have ever been hospitalized and I was very nervous. Ricky immediately made me feel like everything would be okay. He is very professional in his work and was there for my every need. He cared for my wound and even took the time to explain what was happening to me and my family. By the end of the day we were even joking and laughing. I probably ran him to death with my constant requests. He is an extraordinary nurse and person!
