Rick has expressed so much excitement and gratitude in learning as a new nurse. He is always happy to show up as a helping hand when one is needed and has always shown his patients and fellow staff such great kindness. Rick not only offers a smiling face and intellectual conversations, but he shows his service both in and outside of the hospital. Being new to Nashville and Tennessee, Rick has jumped in headfirst in serving the community. It is common that he shares his excitement about volunteering by feeding the hungry in the Nashville community. Rick is such an asset to Nashville General Hospital and the nursing world. His commitment is refreshing and I cannot wait to see him continue to grow as a nurse!
