Rico Martinez, RN

I’m 59 and raising my grandson, 13. I’m having struggling issues, but he didn’t judge me or treat me any differently. Rico has been very helpful with anything that I have asked him. Regarding my care, Rico has not skipped a beat. He has been very thorough in every process related to my care; he takes the time to explain everything to me until I’m comfortable. Rico is very pleasant and shows no signs of stress whatsoever. That is very comforting. I appreciate Rico more than anyone will ever know. He lets me talk and actually listens; he has a heart, and you can see it. I really wish every nurse was like Rico. He has compassion and sympathy and stays fully focused on his responsibilities. Rico is a terrific nurse.
