Over the past 4 years, my husband has been in several hospitals in San Antonio and between 2 Rehab centers several times. With all of those caregivers/nurses, I have to give praise to Rico. He has been the best! Most notably was his method and manner of changing and cleaning my husband's bed, pads, briefs, and even bandage. He is so gentle and efficient with minimum movement. My husband has many conditions and is very stiff but Rico's way of folding, placing, and moving patients was great and stress-free for my husband. He also double gloves, cleans body parts completely and sincerely cares about the patients.
Your patients will appreciate and benefit greatly if Rico were to train your staff. Rico is remarkable and goes above and beyond the normal care of a patient. Sometimes personal care is more important than the medical care to the family and Rico gives that extra comfort to the family. It is greatly appreciated.
