I was the consultant on call in the labour ward and want to appreciate the amazing professional way of communication Rifa showed while dealing with a very difficult birth. The patient had a very traumatic experience with her last delivery at the time of the Covid-19 Lockdown; this sadly left her with PTSD and panic episodes. Rifa managed her labour process confidently and calmly in a fantastic way; she was very supportive and encouraging and created an atmosphere that enabled us all to provide the woman and her partner with a much more pleasant experience.
