When my mother visited the hospital and was in severe pain, Riffat was the one who gave her an injection. Despite the stressful environment, Riffat was calm, kind, and incredibly professional. She explained everything clearly to my mother, spoke to her gently, and held her hand during the procedure. Her warm and caring touch, and especially her attitude, made a difficult moment much easier for us. Riffat truly went beyond just doing her job; she showed real compassion when we needed it most.
