Riley was most helpful in having me report to the ER during a reaction to new medications. She kept up with me and my wife throughout my three-day stay. When I started to receive numerous medical bills, she was able to assist me with the correct phone numbers to rectify the problem. She has been monitoring my cardio rehab and has notified me of new medications for my condition. She is the best nurse I have encountered in my 13 years with the VA throughout eight different hospitals and clinics. I will miss her helpfulness as I return to my home state.
