Riley Belloma, RN

I went in with my mother, suffering from heat exhaustion. I was unresponsive and unable to communicate for some of my time there, but from the moment I went through the doors, Riley helped not only me, but my mom too.

When I came to, she was so happy to see me awake and talking. She made me laugh and helped explain some things as to why I was there and what treatment I was given, even though I didn’t know it. She helped my mom calm down in a scary situation, and every time she left the room, she made sure to ask if my mom needed anything in any way.

I cannot thank her enough!
