I want to thank Riley for his kindness, patience, compassion, empathy, understanding, and professionalism when caring for my dad and helping my family. Riley told me he had only been here two months, and I was very impressed at how he showed knowledge and care with ease. He truly has such a kind heart and demeanor. My Dad could be challenging, difficult, and rude at times. Riley took this behavior in stride and continued to show utter kindness and care. He always offered help. He was very alert when my dad needed him. He jumped right up to help. He answered all questions and stayed the course of caring even when being challenged. He is a very nice person who brings calmness to the room. It shows he really cares. This takes a special person. Thank you, Riley, and good luck. Thanks to the whole hospital and staff for showing such grace and care with my dad.
