I was in the hospital for routine surgery, but soon afterward developed a very bad fever and was in an amazing amount of pain. This extended my stay to 8 days.

Riley took really good care of me. I’m not talking just talking about controlling my pain. I felt like she went out of her way to spend time talking to me, helping me with every little detail of my in-house recovery. My anxiety was at an all-time high, and her genuine compassion set my mind at ease. I had IVs in both wrists that after time needed redone and retaped, which she gladly helped me with. Her confidence and ability to manage her time seemed to come effortlessly.

All I kept thinking to myself was how great she already was a such a young age, and how much better I knew she’d become if she continued as a nurse. My entire experience was an eye-opener for me. So, Thank You AHN, and more specifically Riley.
