I am amazed at her effortless encounters to pop her head in every so often in the day to make conversation with you, the patient, and in the same breath, she is actually medically checking in on you without you knowing it. She has a remarkable way of taking your mind off the emergency and bringing you through your surgery with such comfort, ease, friendliness, superb bedside manner, information, and safety. It felt like the entire ward was a big extended family. May she be blessed for her professionalism, integrity, love, dedication, team leading, and effortless manner of running her tight ship. May I say that as an executive chef, hygiene, housekeeping, and safety are key, and I was super impressed at her schedules, standards, and team, even when she retired for the night? She commands great respect.
