I’ve had the privilege of working with Rita for 24 years, and throughout that time, she has always been there to support me in my career, especially when it came to decision-making within the department. When it comes to patient care, Rita has consistently taught us that we are the patient’s advocate and, during surgery, the guardian of their well-being, ensuring they always receive the highest level of nursing care possible.

Rita has dedicated her entire career to doing her best and has truly succeeded. She has maintained the highest standards of patient care and has never hesitated to advocate for those in her care. As a manager, she has always supported her staff, especially in managing schedules and maintaining balance. When I decided to return to work after 15 years, Rita gave me the chance I needed, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
