Rita is an excellent nurse. She is kind and caring. She has a good knowledge of nursing and has very good nursing judgement. Rita followed through promptly if a situation arose that required her immediate attention. I noticed other nurses respected her opinion and she works well with them. As a nurse myself, I felt comfortable with Rita as my mother-in-law's nurse. Rita was also very willing to answer any of my questions. Rita has the ability to view her patient as an individual and adopt her nursing approach to my mother-in-laws needs. Thank you, Rita, for all you did during her hospitalization.
