Rita took care of a post-operative patient here in the ICU who had an extensive abdominal procedure that required an abdominal binder. The abdominal binder was not a good fit for the patient because of her procedure. She took it home after she worked her 12 hour night shift and sewed it for the patient. Rita's husband was so kind as to bring it in that morning for us. We do not have anyone more caring and compassionate than Rita! She is one of a kind!
