Rita goes above and beyond every day for her patients. She is always kind and smiling. She works very hard to ensure that all her patients needs are met. Charge nurse with a full team of patients is very challenging. She also manages the unit well and checks in with other nurses. She has been a positive role model for 40+ years. She makes a huge positive impact in attitude, stamina, mentoring, advocating, problem solving, and genuine caring on the med/surgical unit in Fairmont every shift she works!
