Rita was always so gentle with my son when he was admitted, even when I had to breastfeed him. I never felt uncomfortable and was never put on the back burner for any of the concerns I had. Rita was very generous with explaining what was going on and what the procedures were. I am so grateful for her being there, and for her experience and warmth. She is why I choose St. Francis.
