I died at MHSW Emergency Room and was revived with CPR/Shock treatment. Memorial Hermann Hospital is a superb system! 5 different operations over my lifetime at MHSWE. This time, I was transferred to TMC-MH for a procedure. Rita was my first nurse who welcomed me to my room. She read my file and explained everything about me! I was impressed with her technical abilities and kind heart towards me. Great personality, and is a kind and loving person, her technical abilities are very strong, explains procedures. I love to see people taking an interest in others and loving their job. Love this person! Made my transition comfortable.

Rita is the best! From the first day of her being my nurse, I felt comfortable. She is reassuring, compassionate, and attentive. She took the time to build a good rapport with me, which put me at ease. It made it easier for me to trust her with my life. I also love how relatable she makes herself. Thank you for being kind, patient, and understanding. You’re a great nurse!
