As a Senior Nurse Preceptor, she doesn’t just teach new nurses how to navigate critical care—she helps them grow with confidence, clarity, and integrity. With years of bedside experience, Riza brings a calm, steady presence that reassures both patients and colleagues.
She has a gift for making complex ideas easy to understand and teaches with patience and clarity. Her preceptees know they can turn to her without fear of judgment, trusting her guidance and encouragement. She sees the potential in others and helps them believe in it, too. Beyond education, Riza is a quiet but powerful leader. In tough situations, teammates naturally look to her—knowing she’ll step up with grace, focus, and a deep commitment to patient safety.
