Immediately after being transported from the ER to the 3rd floor, I was greeted by a beautiful smile attached to a beautiful spirit. I had experienced a pretty big event pertaining to unexpected chest pain unlike anything I had ever felt. It all had me at a heightened sense of concern and worry after already going through an unexpected heart procedure not too long ago. Nurse Rizza was the angel on earth my care was coming from. She was so meticulous about everything. She made sure I felt at peace and answered all my questions pertaining to any concerns had. Her smile was all that was needed. Rizza was the cinnamon sprinkled on my stay that made it sweeter.
