One thing that people admire and appreciate about Roann is the smile that never leaves her face.
Roann is a nurse role model who works with so much compassion, integrity, confidence, and respect. She is not only doing the job because it needs to be done but gives her full heart to it and does it well. She has never looked stressed even when the situation is tough. She does everything that is best for the team, the department, the organization, and of course for the patients. Roann works beyond the duties and is always willing to sacrifice annual leave and rest days whenever there is a staff shortage. There has not been a single occasion that she would refuse to come even on short notice, especially during the rise of the COVID crisis when sick leaves went out of control. Her commitment and dedication always save the day (or the night).
At the top of all these, Roann still manages to do extra-curricular activities and is very much involved in Quality Improvement Projects, and is doing a fantastic job being a LINK nurse. You would never hear Roann complain about anything. Only positive words come out of her mouth which only proves that there is a good heart inside her.
