Rob provided amazing care for three days of taking care of our mother. Compassionate, caring, excellent communication and skilled nursing were witnessed firsthand. Rob was an excellent advocate for our mother. If my mother had her way, Rob would be her third son. Rob is a great asset to CMMC and this is very evident that Rob has a passion for his vocation. Rob made sure that when he was talking about my mother, he was looking and talking to her and then involved us in her plan once he was sure she understood. Robs full attention was always on our mother. All I can say is that Rob is acutely aware and always anticipating what was going on with our mother. My mother did get nervous at times, but Rob always managed to calm her.
We cannot thank Rob enough for caring for our mother during these critical anxious days.
