Rob's sense of humor and dedication to detail immediately helped me feel more relaxed heading into my first Chemo appointment. My husband is pretty introverted but Rob had him engaging in conversation at the end. He also remembered things we had talked about at previous appointments and made sure to follow up. Rob cares about not just the patient but everyone in the room, and I am very thankful for his laughter and commitment to joy and humor.
