My wife and I both believe that Robb is one of the best RNs we've ever met. He is very smart, intelligent, caring, and shows excellent people skills. Every time he enters our room, we feel safe. Knowing he has the skills to better our situation really helps. He explains what he is doing and makes sure we understand. His verbal skills between nurse and patient are excellent. He carries himself with pride in his work. It shows. Robb will go the extra distance to make a patient feel safe. He answers the call button in a timely manner. His body language is always open; he's just a really nice guy. His intelligence is what really sticks out. He is smart. For these reasons and many, many more, Robb deserves the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses. God Bless Robb for his work here at Methodist. Methodist should be proud!
