Robbi Clark, RN, Educator, Training Center Coordinator

The patient visited the ER for flank pain and found out they were going to be transferred for surgery. They were scared and in pain. Robbi was the nurse on duty and was amazing. She patiently explained everything the patient needed to know and made them feel at ease while they waited for the transfer. Robbi checked in on the patient often to make sure that they were comfortable and if they needed anything. The patient wanted to say thank you for her incredible care and compassion during their visit to the ER.
