Robbie remained calm throughout my stay. He always encouraged me, giving me thorough explanations for why I had to stick to a liquid diet, why it was important to get up and move, why I needed to reduce my narcotic medication dosage before leaving the hospital, and celebrated small achievements with me. We had the opportunity to observe him mentor his RN trainee and were impressed with his patience, professionalism, and kindness when guiding her and answering her questions.
