Nurse Bob came to my rescue, he came to help right away. His gentle words and caring manner showed compassion. This attitude helped calm me. Bob saw I was in distress and went out of his way to find a wheelchair as I was light-headed and dizzy. Bob put me at ease and I felt so much comfort and safety knowing that I was important to him. That is how all patients should be treated. Nurses like Bob make the patients' world a better place!
